New Springfield Hospital plans published

Springfield Hospital has published revised plans for the development of the hospital site.

The new plans include a reduction in building heights and the number of units (1200 to 850), but also proposals to open up additional vehicle access points on Hebdon Road and Burntwood Lane.

Local residents should receive a brochure from Springfield Hospital outlining the plans in more detail, but you can also view them here.

Any comments received by Springfield Hospital before the 30th July could result in changes to the final plans, which will be submitted in September to Wandsworth Council for planning permission.

Correction: This article initially indicated the new plans included proposals to allow vehicle access through College Gardens - this is not the case. The new plans have ruled out the possibility of any access through College Gardens and Chancery Mews.
